All equipment purchased from Meadows Instrumentation, Inc. includes a 90 day parts and labor warranty unless specifically listed as "sold as is with no warranty". Meadows Instrumentation, Inc. warrants that should a product purchased from or repaired by us fail to meet it's advertised specifications, within it's stated warranty period, (period begins on shipment date) we will either replace, repair or refund the product at our discretion.
Unless specifically stated in writing otherwise, all warranty service is performed at our facility in Bristol, Wisconsin. Customers are responsible for all packing & transportation costs associated with the return of any item for warranty repair.
The above mentioned warranty shall be sole remedy of the purchaser with Meadows Instrumentation, Inc. Meadows Instrumentation, Inc. will not be responsible for any liability beyond the repair/replacement/refund options stated. We do not take responsibility for the suitability of the equipment to fit a particular application. We are not responsible for the customer's ability to operate the equipment that they purchase. The customer's configuration requirements are his or her responsibility.
We will attempt to assist the customer in product selection but, are not liable for improper product selection unless stated otherwise on the invoice or product quotation. All sales shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, and any dispute arising hereunder shall be settled before a court or arbitration panel in Wisconsin.
All canceled or returned orders are subject to a 20 percent restocking fee.
