The Waters PrepLC™ 4000 system provides high resolution, preparative capability – from hundreds of milligrams to grams per run with the best price/performance ratio of any preparative HPLC system.

Combining the PrepLC Controller, the PrepLC 4000 Series solvent delivery unit and an integral injector panel assembly within a simple, three level shelf provides straightforward access to columns and injection valve(s).

This approach is ideal for dedicated preparative LC applications, where high volume sample loads may be purified, fractions collected and the column automatically flushed prior to the next run. You can then check fractions for purity – all on the same system.

The standard 3725i injector is suitable for multiple milliliter injection volumes, (a 10 mL loop is standard, other loops are available) while methods development, initial scaleup studies and fraction analysis can be performed with the optional 7725i injector.
