The Waters PrepLC 2000 Preparative HPLC System offers unprecedented performance and convenience for bench top purification of milligram to multi-gram sample loads. The entire sample isolation process, from sample loading, to purification, to column/cartridge clean-up and re-equilibration may be run in isocratic, gradient and recycle modes.

Fully integrated and automated, the PrepLC™ 2000 system can be easily used and configured to perform a variety of purification protocols for a wide range of sample types/matrices including organic synthetics, natural products, peptides and proteins.

This refurbished system features no-compromise solvent delivery with programmable flow rates from 4.0 to 300 mL per minute, at back pressures up to 2,000 psi across the entire flow range, all without having to change pump heads.

The Waters PrepLC™ 2000 system consists of the PrepLC controller and the PrepLC™ 2000 solvent delivery unit plus a slide-out column rack that includes all necessary valves and columns. Up to eight fractions may be manually collected using a multi-position valve. An automated air purge minimizes fraction to fraction contamination.

Multi-milliliter samples can be loaded directly onto the column using the built-in 3725i manual loop injector which includes a standard 20 mL loop. Larger volume loading – from hundreds of milliliters to even liters – is possible through the pump inlet manifold valve, or by one (or more) of the four solvent inlet lines. You can fully automate the latter technique by creating a multi-method file on the PrepLC™ controller.
